virginia tang
B.App.Sc.(Clin.Sc.), B.Ost.Sc. (RMIT)
Virginia Tang studied Osteopathic Science at RMIT University (Melbourne) graduating with a double degree in Applied Science (Clinical Science) and Osteopathic Science.
Initially focused on her love for treating sporting injuries and orthopaedic complaints, she also developed an interest in paediatrics due to her love for working with babies and children.
This spurred on a want to work tirelessly with children and educate parents on how osteopathy could help with various complaints from infant reflux/colic to chest/ear infections to more complicated problems such as those associated with autism, cerebral palsy, Down’s and other genetic disorders.
Of Malaysian Chinese decent, Virginia was born and bred in Melbourne and is reasonably fluent in Cantonese, with some understanding of Mandarin, Hokkien and a touch of Malay. This has helped bring osteopathy to the Singaporean community.
With her approachable and cheerful nature, this aids in her ability to get along with patients of all cultures and ages, from the young to the elderly.
